Playing through the tiny unknown indie hit Baldur's Gate 3 last year, I was blown away by a number of things. One of them was the character performance and character design of my favorite companion, Karlach. I wanted to get some character art practice in and put some time into recreating a great and complex character design following my pipeline and making a slightly more stylized version. The intent initially was to do a number of poses and test 3d printing, which I may in the future, but for now I want to clear my personal project plate to move on to something new. Modeled, vertex painted, posed and rendered in zbrush.
