Krulos, Mind-Maniputlating Time Traveling Dino Riders villain

I wanted to do one of my favorite villains from hy absolute favorite toy line as a kid, Dino Riders. Krulos is this evil toad emperor who rules the Rulons, a faction of beast people in space suits. After accidentally travelling back in time, he uses his mind controlling technology to enslave dinosaurs and put laserguns on them. Which, name one person who wouldn't do that given the chance and ability, and I'll show you a liar. He's a badass character who got a lame looking design for the toy line, so I wanted to do right by him. He usually has a dome around his head for environmental control, but I've done some renders here without it to show off all his toady goopiness.
