Substance designer material for procedurally generated glitter. It works by shifting the normals and changing the light direction randomly for each grain of glitter. Works as a fill material or as a brush. Works best if you set the Normal channel blend settings to Normal, allowing it to overwrite and not blend with the surface underneath.
